• Free bets: Free bet wins do not include the stake — only the net profit from a winning free bet is credited as real cash.

• Abandoned matches: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined under DLS or any other method recognised by the match officials, all pre-match bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. • Postponed events: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event are voided.
